Returns
For made to order items:
We do not process refunds or exchanges for change of mind, everything is made to order meaning that all sales are final. In the case that the piece is damaged due to a production misstep, we will provide a free repair or remake. If the item is damaged due to wear and tear we can repair it for a fee we will determine after inspecting the piece.
Each made to order piece is unique and will differ from the one presented on photos.
Because all the orders made are processed immediately, the cancellation of a submitted order is not accepted, so make sure you are certain you want to buy your items before submitting your order.
In terms of resizes, we offer a resize service for $40 plus postage both ways.
Lost packages:
47.7.7.79 is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. If your package has been lost and/or stolen, please contact the shipping courier immediately and provide them with your tracking number.
All other items eligible for return, can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. We do not provide return shipping labels.
